Recent Projects
Red Kite Technology has provided project managed solutions to many clients operating within regulated quality environments including GMP, ISO and applying computerised validation approaches that follow the guidance of GAMP and 21 CFR Part 11.
This is a list of recent projects successfully completed by Red Kite Technology:-
- The upgrade of legacy software systems and installers to function correctly with Windows 10 32/64 bit operating systems. This has enabled our clients' to extend the life of their products and reduce the development costs assocaited with replacement. In addition we can transfer customers' exsiting databases to work with Microsoft SQL or Oracle.
- Calibration Management System - Windows based system designed to coordinate the calibration of Pipettes and Balances to UKAS, INAB and DAkkS accreditation. Disconnected solution enabling the remote calibrations of instruments at the client's site to be syncronised to a central SQL server database over the internet.
- Implementation of a SharePoint system for the management of staff expense claims, annual leave and performance management reviews designed using InfoPath forms and SharePoint workflows. Integration with Exchange server for e-mail and resource planning.
- Design and development of a Data collection system interfacing with multiple glucose diagnostic meters developed for use in product test.
- Machine monitoring and utilisation system - interfaces with the machines PLC to acquire and record to an Oracle database the full machines utilisation history, enabling analysis of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to provide improved process utilisation, increased yields and reduced waste.
- Implementation of a SharePoint documentation system for the management of Standard Operating Procedures and staff training records to ensure that the operators training is current prior to performing any process related tasks. An assessment of the effectiveness of the training can be performed by the use of a survey tool.
- Production Tracking System for a biotechnology company that develops pioneering insect control technology aimed at reducing the spread of disease and crop damage through the use of insect sterilisation techniques. The system uses barcode labeling, scanning and tracking via a SQL server database to record and monitor the mass production of insects.
- Multi-channel measurement system, performing automated measurements and data collection from optical profilometry instruments, interfacing with analysis routines in MATLAB to support product quality control.
- Environmental Monitoring and Control system based on the P-NET process fieldbus, providing 24 hour monitoring and data collection of critical manufacturing environments. Remote control and analysis via multi access Windows based applications.
- Multi-channel instrument interface providing the user with the ability to script experiment workflows incorporating script validation, analysis routines, pass/fail criteria and the control of laboratory equipment such as syringe pumps, multi-axis tables etc.
